Water Gunz Mod

This mod is heavily inspired by the Toy Guns mod.

The Water Gunz are constructed into a liquid at first, a shapeless liquid, but still has edges, making the liquid flexible.
When the "Water Gunz" are fired, it will come out of the barrel (custom engineered), which will form the shape of a so-called bullet.
This bullet holds its shape, and goes so fast that its material hardens, making it a fast and deadly bullet.
The liquid is Miliput.
