Melee Splash Attack Targets fix
In the current version, CA sets all units with 0-149 weapon strength to have only 1 splash attack target, units with 50-249 weapon strength to have 2 splash attack targets, etc.
This causes most monster infantry and monster cavalry to underperform against regular infantry or cavalry, especially for units with low entities. As an example, the Zombie Pirate Deckhand Mob (Polearms) can beat Crushers (Great Weapons) with 50% hit points left.
This mod reverts the splash attack target back to the previous version of the stat and gives the new unit a suitable splash attack target
This mod can be turned on and off at any time without affecting saved games.
