The same mansion as Riverside Mansion but more focused on the map.

- Pharmacy
- Garage area
- Fishing store
- Liquor store

- Enough houses to loot
– Military base –
- A lot of military looting but with quite a few zombies.
Compatible with Ekron, New Ekron and as far as I know, it does not cause conflict with any other map.
