Negative Opinion Alliances
Simple mod that allows you to ally nations no matter how low their opinion of you is. (Also means they won’t automatically break their alliance due to negative opinion)
I couldn’t find a good standalone version for this on the workshop so I decided to upload my own.
Balanced around multiplayer. It is very unlikely AI nations will ally you if they hate you, since this mod doesn’t change the AI’s reasons for accepting/declining your request.
