Honkai: Star Rail Mod
One day, Stelle from the star rail wake up in the tower…
Introduction:
Add a new character Stelle, about 60 new cards and a few new relics.
New mechanisms:
1. Toughness: Attack will reduction the toughness of the enemy. When the enemy’s toughness is down to 0, get stunned.
2. Dot: Similar to poison, deal damage at the start turn.
3. Follow-Up Attack.
