It modify the relationship of almost all factions as hostile (-100) and make the recruitment of fogmen a bit easilier (+30% to find a recruit and 8x faster)

Description:
Embody a Prince Fogman, a dead minded Hive Prince who retrieved is mind. Unfortunately, your skin color will result that you are attacked on sight from most factions. If you are lucky, you will found some random fogmen to recrut so keep your eyes open!
