Capital Annex
Once a nation’s capital has been occupied in a war, an event fires for the occupier to get all of that county’s provinces and core them. Theres no AE or OE, so even the tiniest country can expand rapidly. I also made the AI more aggressive and more willing to fight extended wars so that they could use this mechanic better.
