Story / Reasoning
The Vampire Counts have always had close ties with humanity and especially the Empire hence the name "Counts" as in Elector Counts of the Empire.
The first among these Vampiric Counts is Vlad who Married the old dying counts dughter many centuaries ago, his daughters name was/is Isabella.
Vlads Goal was never to destroy humanity neither to turn all of the empire to vampire ridden wasteland, what he wanted was to become the everliving Emperor of the empire and rule over both Human houses and the Undead.
One of Vlads famous lines are "Surrender and serve me in life, or die and slave for me in death."
And since those days the Vampire counts have always been about scheming to overthrow the Empire rule by any means neccery, be it diplomacy / Necromantic Power or dark plots with suspicious deaths among the noble houses in the Empire.
What this mod Aims to do is enhance this diplomatic game of the Vampire counts / Von Carstein Factions, towards the human factions of the Empire + a slight nodge towards Brettonia aswell.
This is not to ment to be a mod for beeing all friendly with the human factions but to help you plot devious plans for taking over the empire.
Mod Effects.
This Mod changes the Technology tree skill Infiltrate Noble Houses.
Instead of : +10 diplomcay with all factions
It now gives +20 with Empire, +10 with Brettonia and +5 with all factions.
So a slight trade off, while effectivly giving you +10 diplomacy with empire factions since still a -15 aversion, and with the brettonia just effectivly removing the aversion but not giving anything positive more then that.
I recommend using this mod with other mods Buffing the Empire as race/faction and playing on rather Hard Difficulty when it will become neccery for you to not be at war with all the Empire factions at once.
