Consistent Religious Public Order Penalties

Ever wonder why you have like -25 public order due to Religious Differences in the Sahara province? As it turns out, some religions (eastern christianity, semitic paganism, judaism, etc) have 2x, 4x, and 10x public order penalties. I smoothed that all out so that every religion has the same public order penalties (higher penalties were brought down to the "base" level).

I suspect that the crazy high public order penalties result from a poor implementation of the "Fractured Faiths" attribute of the Desert Kingdoms from the Empires of Sand DLC (i.e., the increased penalties should just be for those factions, but are for all factions), but I have no solid evidence to back this up.

I made this mod just because I got so annoyed about it, so this mod will probably never be updated or further supported.

Note: This mod may require all the DLC. I’m not sure; I have all the DLC, and it works for me. I hope it works for you too.

Note: This mod is only for the Attila main campaign. If you want to do something similar yourself for one of the other campaigns, using Pack File Manager, edit the "diplomatic_relations_religion" table (in the data.pack file, in the main db folder). Other modding tutorials can help you with this.
