An improved version of [PLACEHOLDER] Heavy Industries Combat Android. Featuring a head upgraded to the Mk2 standard, though paired with a slightly modified Mk1 chassis due to cuts in funding for the Mk2 chassis. Officially called the Mk2C Combat Android, though colloquially named "Smugbot" due to it’s appearance.
