It acts as a passive item, greatly "balancing" the health of certain insect monsters.

Some of the affected monsters are:
Spider: 3 HP
Big Spider: 9 HP
Swarm Spider: 1HP
Strider: 3 HP
Trite: 9HP
Ragling: 9HP
Blister: 9HP
Baby Long Legs: 6 HP
Small Baby Long Legs: 6 HP
Crazy Long Legs: 9 HP
Small Crazy Long Legs: 9 HP
Level 2 Spider: 9 HP
Ticking Spider: 6 HP
Migraine: 6 HP
Attack fly: 3 HP
Moter: 6 HP
Ring fly: 3 HP
Dart fly: 3 HP
Swarm: 1 HP
Willo: 1 HP
Army fly: 1 HP
Sucker: 3 HP
Spit : 3 HP
Ink: 3 HP
Soul Sucker: 6 HP
Bulb: 3 HP
Pooter: 3 HP
Super Pooter: 6 HP
