Copper Republic Relay Station
Relay stations are scattered all around Mangalore. As the name suggests, they relay signals from the control center to MagNet, making sure it is always connected to the control center. They also amplify signal strength to make connection to distant vessels and bases stronger and faster. The most notable relay stations are:
Wheatley Peak- a relay station on a mountain 3153m (about 3km) above sea level. The mountain was named after Jacob v’ Wheatley, which was an experienced mountaineer which reached the top of the mountain in standard year 3098.
North Station- situated on a enormous glacier very close to the north pole.
Dessertus- roughly set on the equator, it is 1,5km apart from the Copper Republic Space Operations Center.
South Station- situated on a very large peninsula nearby the south pole.
Baikerbanour- this relay station is situated in Copper Republic’s capital.
Oreban Ocean- on the Oreban Ocean there is a large complex of oil rigs with about 6,76km2 of area.
