Description:
I used to be an heir like you. Then I took a disinheritance in the knee…

When 1.12 added the map table, I had a eureka moment in which a grand thought entered my head while on the toilet. As if I were Archimedes, bathing in the digital waters of modding, "dude, what if I replaced the stuff with Skyrim assets? That’d be kinda funny."

And so I did. And it was kinda funny. I replaced the map table with assets ported directly from Skyrim. Unfortunately, some textures are messed up due to, I guess, differences between Skyrim and CK3, which most noticeably includes the table. I think the issue is with how the texture image itself is laid out in regards to CK3’s lighting. I’ve already tried (well, tried a little bit) to fix it and failed, so I’ve resigned to let the table be half-light and half-dark like an elementary school pencil. But, now, you can have the Ninth Divine (I’m not letting those piss elves tell me who I can and can’t worship) watch over your conquests and your attempts to deal with having multiple children before discovering primogeniture.

To activate it, go into the settings in the main menu, under Interface Styling. Change Map Table Style to Skyrim. You’ll have to restart the game for the changes to take effect.

For those who’ve been having FPS issues with the map tables, try the pre-1.12-style blank tabletop. Hopefully it’ll fix those issues.
