Bell OH-58C Kiowa Desert Camo Light Attack Helicopter
This is the Bell OH-58C Kiowa Desert Camo Edition. It is an upgraded version of my other helicopter, the OH-58A. This helicopter features heavier armaments (two grenade launchers and two hellfire missiles) and minor improvements to stability and and flight characteristics.
The OH-58C is a two-bladed observation and reconnaissance helicopter. However, they were also used for light attack, which is why it is armed with a grenade launcher and a minigun.
The two-bladed rotor is a so called semi-rigid rotor. It is simple in design but it does cause some vibrations.
I strive to make all my helicopters realistic in terms of looks and mechanisms, and to make them robust and easy to fly.
Update 2.0: Better stability, better flight characteristics. It no longer takes off immediately after starting the engine.
Controls:
Engine Start: 1 or Right Shift
Collective: I,K (Makes the helicopter go up and down)
Pitch/Roll: Arrow keys (Pitch makes the nose go up and down, roll makes the helicopter move from side to side)
Yaw: J,L (Turns the helicopter)
Grenade Launchers: Left control
Hellfire Missiles: O, U
