Overhauls the Workshop.

Recycling
Engineers staffed in the Workshop will now generate supplies every day.

By default the mod uses the Engineer’s skill-level to give supplies.

You can override this by either setting a max amount or setting a fixed amount.

The Max amount is just a cap, if an Engineer’s skill-level is higher than the max, then you’ll only get the max.

Fixed amount will be given regardless of the Engineer’s skill-level.

These can be enabled and tweaked in the mod’s "XComGame.ini" file.

Extra Slots
Increases Workshop Staffslots to 4.

Gremlins Anywhere
Gremlins can now be staffed anywhere without the workshop needing to be adjacent to the facility you want the Gremlins to be in.

How many Gremlins an Engineer gives is left untouched.
However you can change how many each Engineer gives in the "XComGame.ini" file, if you want to.

Note : This feature is implemented rather intrusively and overrides alot of functions that might break other mods’ Staffslots, you can disable Staffslots or add slots from other mods in the mod’s "XComGame.ini" file.
I expect this to be highly uncompatible with other mods that change the Staffslots, specifically the filling and emptying of Staffslots.

Each feature can be individually disabled in the mod’s "XComGame.ini" file.

Known Bugs : "Gremlins Anywhere" Seems to not work when dealing with custom staffslots, allowing more gremlins to be deployed than you actually should be able to, have to figure out if the Highlander might help here, later…
