World Panic & Victory Conditions
Little mod that initially was just to replace fallen heroes with aware people for world panic but expanded into also exposing the modifiers for victory conditions.
Essentially, make sure you open the configure menu and set the options to what you want. Replacing fallen heroes with awareness is optional as well.

I had issues where on some map settings fallen heroes would skyrocket especially with other mods. I play with 400% heroes so, I wanted something that worked with a wider range of game settings.
Then also, noticed i was winning due to shadow too much and through that stuff in as well.
