No Mind Control Mindspin
Mind Spin can now only Disorient 1 round or Panic 1 round, with disorient being more prevalent.
Mass Mind Spin from LW2 Sectoid Commander is NOT AFFECTED (he has a more powerful version, as it should be)

Have you been mind controlled early game in LW2? You’ll know why (Aliens fire on Mind Controlled units indiscriminately). This isnt the case later on with the MindShield (TM).

If you find it unfair for the aliens, im uploading a version that allows to turn it off on insanity too. Just put the INI config parameter of this mod to true. If you do that, you’ll also want to reduce the Insanity cooldown to 3 in the regular INI files to match the sectoid. It’s at 4 currently. If you have LW2, it needs to be set in LW2 INI files.

Mind Spin cooldown can be customized, see this mod’s INI settings. The original game does not allow for MIND SPIN COOLDOWN to be changed (fixed at 3).
