Autor tohoto modu měl jednoho dne nápad, že se podívá na prototypy, které se jinde než ze stadia prototypů nedostaly a tak vznikl model Elektrické jednotky 470 neboli Krakena. Kraken je výsledkem stagnace ve vývoji, kdy se Vagonka Studénka snažila dohnat nedohnatelné a to více než 10 let stagnace. 470 přinesla i novinky, to jest Automatické vedení vlaku, ovšem ani to nestačilo na to, aby se dostala díky poruchám a velmi špatné situaci ČSD do sériové výroby. Ovšem nástupce 471, známý jako Ešus či Slon nebo ještě CityElefant je mnohem úspěšnější. O něm si v budoucnu jistě povíme.

The author of this mod had an idea one day to look at prototypes that didn’t make it beyond the prototype stage, and that’s how the Electric Unit 470, or Kraken, model was created. Kraken is the result of stagnation in development, when Vagonka Studénka tried to catch up with the unattainable and that is more than 10 years of stagnation. The 470 also brought news, i.e. automatic train guidance, but even that was not enough to make it into series production due to malfunctions and the very bad situation of ČSD. However, the successor of 471, known as Ešus (aluminuim set for meal) or Slon (in czech means Elephant) or even CityElefant, is much more successful. I will definitely talk about him in the future.
