command: kh_acr_spread <weaponaccuracy 0 is accurate> (default 0.2) kh_acr_damage <weapondamage> (default 8)
kh_acr_delay <shootdelay> (default 0.12) kh_human_health <spawnhealth> (default 100)

ACRmodel from M9K, part of sound from CWCBase
human voice from insurgency:sandstorm
