Description:

Adds Liu Bingyi, Emperor Xuan of Han, as an alternate leader of China.

The Han has its own path, by combining the Way of Conquerors and the Way of Kings. Why should we rely on only virtues like that of Zhou? Those mediocre Confucian scholars could not adapt to changes, prefer the old ways to the present ways. They cause people unable to distinguish words and the reality, and they are unworthy to be entrusted important positions! –Liu Bingyi

Leader Ability: Everlasting Affection

Receive a free Scout after settling the Capital. Each non-basic Governor title grant +10% to all yields at the established city, but costs 5 Gold. After the 18th turn, combat units receive +4 Combat Strength for every 18 turns since their creation (up to +12), and Builders receive +1 Build Charge for every 18 turns since their creation (up to 12, and get extra +1 Build Charge at the 6th turn after creation). Gain the Duhu Fu unique district with Early Empire.

Leader Unique District: Duhu Fu

Chinese unique district when Liu Bingyi is their leader. Does not replace any district. Grants an Envoy and triggers a Culture Bomb when completed, claiming adjacent tiles. +2 yield (or +4 Gold) from tributary City-States. +1 Trade Route capacity if built in an original Capital under Liu Bingyi’s control.

Recent Updates 2024.10.27 Added some notifications when combat units and builders get bonuses. Builders now gain extra +1 Build Charge on turn 6 after creation, to avoid the issue of having to sleep and wait for 18 turns after being used twice.
