(Almost) No racial Multiplier on NPCs

Some NPCs have a racial multipliers applied to them.Therefore, some of them are so much stronger than they suppose to be. Esata for example should have only 85 of attack, stength and toughness but due to her Shek multipliers this stats are above 100 which is very strong. This mod fixes it and almost every unit of Shek Kindom, Berserkers, Kral’s Chosens and Band Of Bones have their stats fixed. Every stat that suppose to be lower are lower and vice versa.

-South Prince (Dex and Athletics)

-Both Hive Queens (Str and Dex)

-Lord Inaba

-Lord Shiro

-Lady Sanda

-West Hive Soldier Bandits
