HD GENERALS: CARTHAGE (DEI)
This is the first mod of a series i would like to produce, a HD Generals overhaul for factions, I enjoy using legendary empires a lot of the time but it never touches on generals, so I made this mod as a way to fill that gap, bringing it up to 2k resolution with some custom assets. I primarily focused on retaining the look the base DEI carthage generals have so that those who don’t use legendary empires and just base dei, this mod should still fit perfectly into the dei aesthetic
This mod was designed for DEI, the appearance of the generals was inspired directly from the generals designed by the DEI team, however, this mod DOES work for vanilla. The only problem you are going to have is the faction leader isn’t tied to the correct vmd which is hannibal, thus you will likely get a random general as your faction leader
Overhauls the entire Carthage general pool to a more higher quality 2k design
