Description:

This MOD implements some modifications to the original mechanism, and it is a simple resolution. Used to enable Roman culture to have Roman legion soldiers in advance.
Resolution conditions:
——1. Roman culture.
——2. Without innovation.
(The above are prerequisites, otherwise the resolution will not be displayed)
——3. The prestige level shall not be lower than 3.
After meeting the conditions, you can spend "150 gold coins" and "1000" prestige to complete the resolution.

(To be honest, the ban is very strong, and I tried my best to maintain balance without changing the ban value.)
