Adds new "Cheat" classes of ship for both USA and USSR with a ton of missiles, radar, ECM, and sonar overkill on each. Contains Cheat Nimitz carrier, Ticonderoga, Iowa, Kirov, Kara, and Oscar1 classes. Cheat F-15’s can be launched and landed from the Cheat
