READ THE ORIGINAL MODS DESCRIPTION.
If this is a requirement for a mod, it’s likely for one of the following reasons:
- It is a BETA VERSION, TEST VERSION, or otherwise non-finished version that you need to be aware of.
- The mod may not add anything on its own, and may just contain assets for other use.
- The mod likely has many other incompatible mods, and you should be aware if trying to use it with them.
- Some hyper-specific thing relating to the mod.
