This mod adds flags for countries under German Reich rule, we changed flags for countries such as:
Reichskommissariat Ukraine (Ukraine)
Reichskommissariat Ostland (Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Belarus)
Reichskommissariat Norwegen (Norway)
Reichskommissariat Niederlande (Netherlands)
Generalgouvernement (Poland)
Reichskommissariat Kaukasien (Georgia, Armenia, Azerbaijan)
Reichskommissariat Moskowien (Russia)
Reichskommissariat Belgien (Belgium)

The mod can be used for making new scenarios, roleplay, etc.
