Description:

I made a few changes to make Vassals more viable and the game better. I made those changes because it wasn’t worth keeping vassals, too much headache and little money. The goal is not to be overpowered, just a little more fair. Feel free to give me any feedback.

In summary, in Civilization Legacy, you can get more income from vassals, more alliances and reduce Aggressive Expansion more than before. The base number alliance is still 1, but now you can get up to 4.

On the vassals menu, the income and manpower from vassals were increased and the Vassal can declare war is now set to false as default.

On peace deals, you can get more money, more reparations, and take provinces from allies! Also, loans were slightly increased, you can get 3 and the value is a little more.

Improving relations by gift or share technology increased, and now provinces value way more to sell! It’s fun to conquer 2 or 3 AI, make one of them a vassal, and sell them the provinces of the others. Also, intervening in war improves relations a little bit more.

Aggressive expansion decays slightly faster. Value per province or to make someone vassal slightly decreased. Also, you can make more money on sieges, the loot per province income was slightly increased.

Start the game with a +1 advantage point. Tax Efficiency, Manpower, Growth, and Economy are now way faster, it was reduced to 60%.

The legacy cap was increased and the max amount of gold per income slightly increased.
