Lex38’s Spartan Spear Masters
Utilizing the almost unused two-handed spear animations, I present to you the Spartan spear masters. An elite infantry unit balanced around the Heroes of Sparta, intended to be a more offensive unit. It has a higher charge bonus and melee attack for the loss of the shield’s defense bonus. They have pike phalanx because hoplite phalanx and shieldwall just had them stand there, pike phalanx makes them brace.
Custom unit card as per usual. They can be recruited from a level 4 barracks as Sparta.
