Better Ottomans
This mod changes the Ottoman Civilization trait and their leader, Suleiman.
The Ottomans have always been a particularly weak country. Its combat bonuses got overshadowed by the Mongols and Macedon. Its other bonuses weren’t particularly good either. And his governor unlock should not be the whole trait.
So I decided to rework the Ottomans to be a lot stronger and be good for trade as well.

Domestic Trade Routes gain +4 Gold and +2 Production for every Strategic resource in the destination. (NEW)
Gain the Janissary unique unit from Gunpowder.

Land Combat Units fighting within 4 tiles of your borders receive +5 Combat Strength. (NEW)
Conquered cities do not lose Population.
+50% Production towards siege units.
Receive a Governor Title everytime you conquer a city with a Palace or a Wonder. (NEW)

Accumulate 1 extra Strategic resource for every different type or Strategic resource this city has improved
Receive 1 Amenity for every Luxury resource this city has improved.

Janissary

Starts with a free promotion.
To train a Janissary a city must have a population of at least 2.
If a city is founded by the Ottomans and trains a Janissary it loses a population.
