Description:

This mods adds the Spinup Dice
The Spinup Dice rerolls items to the next quality with a possibility of deleating it
This possibility is dependent of the quality
q0>q1 10%
q1>q2 20%
q2>q3 30%
q3>q4 40%
It can appear in the same pools as spindown and the mod also adds spindown and spinup to the devil and angel room respectively
This item does not take into account item pool but i’ll be implementing it
note: I know there is alredy a spinup dice mod, but this is a different concept and this is an idea that i had since i first saw spindown dice
