Learning Threshold for Learning Job Fix
Increases max learning need threshold to assign a learning job to child pawns (from 90% to 99%). In not moonspeak if your children are assigned to only anything time they should maintain their learning need much more diligently and hopefully actually reach those last learning milestones. If the child is set to work on the schedule they will not learn as is vanilla.
