Better and Flavourful Laws Expanded

This Mod aim to make Laws generally better and more flavourful, also to give them some specific roles to fulfil. A lot more political power modiefiers and even political attraction modifiers have been added, so that the political structure of your nation changes with the laws you pass. Includes also some small readjustments to make certain laws worth taking.
