Simple patch which adds no-foliage ranges to many cities in Reactive World to prevent late game conflict with FASTR, or any other foliage mod <3

—–Technical Info—–
Must be loaded after Reactive World. This mod does not have FASTR as a dependency and can be used with Reactive World + any foliage mod, in theory.

Still need to work out no-foliage ranges for the Hive Villages and a few more, let me know if you find any issues.
