Simple patch which adds no-foliage ranges to many cities in Living World to prevent late game conflicts with FASTR, or any other foliage mod <3

—–Technical Info—–
Must be loaded after Living World. This mod does not have FASTR as a dependency and can be used with Living World + any foliage mod, in theory.

Still need to work out no-foliage ranges for some cities and world states. Let me know if you have any issues.
