[IV04] Alien Swarm Drone
An Alien Swarm Drone using the IV04 base!
One might ask why do such a thing when there exists so many amazing Alien Swarm addons already!
The reason is simple, IV04 is an AMAZINGLY optimized NPC base that offers navmesh capability, and I hope that becomes evident if you download and try to spawn as many of these drones as you can compared to drones using other bases
ADDITIONALLY, this serves as an example on how one might make a melee NPC using iV04. Melee NPCs being very rare for IV04. I give permission to anyone to borrow any code within, so long as you have a link coming back here as a credit 🙂 Speaking of…

Known bug(s):
If patrolling due to no known enemies, the drone patrols and the animation doesn’t fire because there is no-nonaggressive patrol animation. The alterative is the drone doesn’t patrol and just stands there, so I figured moving is better, even if it looks jank
