The Crusader is a compact and nimble combat CV designed around a primary armament of 12 fixed Light Plasma Cannons. It favours a hit and run strategy, combining heavy firepower with a shield that can rapidly replenish itself. Despite its diminutive size, this vessel includes extensive component hardening. Preventing the possibility of a catastrophic chain reaction should its shields and armour be breached. Modest crew accommodations and cargo capacity enable prolonged excursions away from support vessels if desired. This vessel also includes some excess CPU for ship upgrades. There is also room for 1 additional superior CPU extender to be installed in the server room.
