How to do it?
1. Press decision to remove foreign homeland.
2. Choose first option while the event pops up.
3. Now only your homeland is left in ONLY your country, NO MATTER what country are you playing as.
4. Fire decision again.
5. Choose second option to add your native homeland to all provinces that don’t have it.
6. Set assimilation decrees all over your country.
7. Sit and watch as your culture is spreading."
