The JHRN Was having issue with air units decimating the lessser fleets of the JHRN.
A Cheap Anti air frigate was in desperate need. To be fast take out any air escort of any ship while also assisting in submarine threats of the SS empire.
It turned out a massive success. For such a small ship it was found to be resilient and cheap, a great dagger in the JHRN multi mix fleets.
