Facing larger opponenents with lesser boats the JHRN noted the effectiveness of large torpedoes, but couldnt place them on a large cruiser due to cost and refit times.
A solution was solved to outfit the "Jimmy" Class fishing vessles, to carry in multiple parts a Large set of torpedoes, Assembled on the deck by the crew, and lauched underneith due to a ballast on the torpedo itself.
This allowed HEAVILY aggressive hit and run tactics that cost nothing to deploy.
