New Game Button:
* Randomization of Theater cards
* Random 1st Player.
* Reset Scoring Tokens.
* Retrieve and Deal cards.

Next Round Button:
* Rotation of Theater cards
* Rotation of 1st Player.
* Retrieve and Deal cards.

Score is updated as players move scoring tokens to their area.
