Description:

Adds an advanced building gizmo for select building types. Includes:

• Positional Gizmo
• Rotational Gizmo
• Ability to move and rotate the pivot independently
• Adjustable keybinds and settings
• Full support for Deco items
• Partial support for blueprints and flatrides

Any and all issues should be posted on this Github!

These bugs are known and cannot be fixed:

• Z axis for blueprints is not supported. Only rotate on global Y for best results
• Flatrides will snap to grid. Only rotate on global Y for best results
