Description:

A simple mod that changes all pills to Golden Pills.

If a pill would spawn as a Horse Pill, it spawns as a Golden Horse Pill instead.

This only affects Pills that hit the ground at least once. Pills that are added directly to your character like the ones from Mom’s Bottle of Pills won’t be Golden Pills (though you can make them become Golden Pills by dropping them on the ground and then picking them up again).

This also shouldn’t work with the "The Temperance?" card, since that card never drops the pill on the ground.
