OneManShow: He created SMOD, it’s a really great mod I’d highly suggest taking a look at it
SMOD: Tactical community – Creating the models, materials, and rigging them with the proper animations. This pack would not exist without the timeless effort they put into making these models so if you can I extremly suggest trying out SMOD Tactical it’s a great mod
Other SMOD Creators: This pack has kind of ventured forward onto just being an SMOD NPC pack, although the primary focus originally was just the SMOD Tactical NPC’s I’ve added NPC’s from several other SMOD Modifications. Mod’s like SMOD: Outbreak, Redux just to name a few.

DISCLAMER
I’m not entirely sure if the original creator of SMOD: Tactical is still around, but I’m assuming he’s indifferent to you using these models in any video you make considering the mod has been abandoned for quite some time now. But please credit the original authors though and me if you do use these in a video
