Victorian Era Re-vamp
Update 1.1; adds 2 new civs and fixes a few errors.
This mod is a re-work for an 1836 start date, the year of Queen Victoria’s rise to the throne. Somewhat WIP.
This mod adds:
> 70+ new civs (mostly in Africa and Asia)
> Preset religions, wars, cores and diplomacy
> Special alliances/spheres to simulate the reach of great powers
> A handful of events
> Starting armies and government infrastructure for some civs
> New government "dominion" which is more passive and will only make territorial and financial demands in war
> New flags and leaders for some old civs and new flags for new civs
