What does this mod do

It makes pop demand more "fluid" and provides more consumer demand for a better consumer economy.

How?

In vanilla almost every good is unable to provide 100% of a pops needs. But in this mod almost every good they consume is able to provide 100% of a pops needs, ive also tweaked some of the good "weights" now pops should replace lower "tiered" goods with higher "tiered" goods.

For example going from using only fabric for clothing needs to using actual clothes. Or replacing grain with meat and groceries.

Services should of also got a huge boost in demand mid/late game, since now the "weight" for them is 1.0 instead of vanilla’s 0.1, but they will quickly move onto transportation and telephones

Odd Behavior

Modifying pop needs is a delicate thing, so expect interesting behavior from the market. But let me know when it happens and try to include why it happen so i can make adjustments
