The Rogue Marshal
This is submod for the Realms in Exile mod. The submod’s purpose is to add flavor and history ot the stiffbeard royal line(House of Thúlin) and add in the existing map landless character from the house of Thúlin(The Rogue Marshal in question).
Gurímr is marshal of the house of Thulin, like his father and grandfather, was sworn to fight and protect his people from the dangers of the far north. But destiny brought him to witness his fathers fall in fight against a cold drake and that made him question not only his role in the desperate defense of his weakening people but also the future of his stubborn folk in the lands of the far north. Thus together with his friend and firsborn son of the royal steward, also of house Thúlin, they took some of his loyal captains and folk looking for better future south and went on expedition. The expedition went through the northern wastes and was hard, on top of that the king sent spies to sabotage the expedition unkown to the royal steward who dared not take action due to his rebellios son’s presense in the expedition. In the end with some casualties and weakened the expedition reached the Halls of Farewell and it’s time for Gurímr to make a choice on how to continue his journey.
Additions of the submod:
– Landless character Gurímr Thúlin in the War of the ring start date with his own introduction event.
– New decision for landed members of the house of Thúlin to create new home south for their people.
– Axe of the Marshal artifact belonging to Gurímr.
– Updated histories for the house of Thúlin with personalized traits for every single historical character.
– New death reason – "Mauled by cold drake" that is mostly used in the histories.
