Spawn Specific Citizen NPC (or Medic, or Rebel, or Refugee)
Sometimes you just want to spawn the asian guy.
An addon like this was on the workshop a few years ago but the creator deleted it because modders have mental issues, so I made my own version. Works exactly how you’d expect.
