WWI Overhaul
A scenario that makes a number of changes to the default WWI scenario. Countries are assigned relative combat efficiencies that let the big players dominate a little more convincingly. Nations are in alliances from the get-go, and cities spawn preset revolts distinct from their city names.
The scenario is still far from realistic, but it is hopefully more visually interesting now!
Suggested Settings:
-YES to revolts
-NO to revolts creating new nations
-NO to the creation/leaving of alliances
