this is kind of a boring addon tbh, mytton’s hecu style conscripts have more abilities/cool stuff

- Randomized bodygroups and faces to add variety.
- Heavy Conscript has more health and armor that less of a chance to be penetrated.
- Custom weapons: AKM and OICW(from Raising the Bar: Redux)
