Description:

All hero skills have both an "On Fleet/Ship" and an "On System" effect.
I was tired of reaching mid/late game and having poor/no choices of hero skills that I wanted, so this mod is an attempt to remedy that.

This mod applies to all the base game factions (including minors), and the Vaulters. It does not apply to Umbral Choir, Hissho, or the Nakalim. If any minor faction heroes were introduced in DLC, it does not apply to them either.

There is no balance.

Feel free to change this mod however you see fit. Also feel free to post suggestions below, but I might not get around to implementing them.

For example, the Seeker’s first levels skills look like this:
– Skill 1, Level 1:
